Cancellation Policy 

I understand that unanticipated events happen in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give a 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 25% of your scheduled appointment for the first time and 50% each time after. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment or will be charged to the card on file if applicable. 

No-Shows 

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment, for whatever reason, will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged 100% for their missed appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment or will be charged to the card on file if applicable.

Late Arrivals  

If you arrive late, I may need to shorten your appointment in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours, however depending upon how late you arrive, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. In this instance full charges apply.  Out of consideration to myself and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Guest Policy

To provide the best spa experience for you, I request that no guests or children are brought to the appointment. 

Payment 

I accept Visa and Mastercard via Squarespace. Credit cards will be retained on file for future bookings. A 50% deposit will be required to book appointments.
